Rise and Shine Farms Return and Cancellation Policy

Return of Non-Perishable products:

Contact Rise and Shine Farms at (775)867-5605 within ten (10) days of receipt of product for return authorization. Return shipping to be paid by purchaser unless we shipped the wrong item. A 10% restocking fee may be charged unless the return is due to a mistake on the part of Rise and Shine Farms.

Return of Perishable Product:

Perishable Items are delivered only in the local area by a Rise and Shine Farms driver. Perishable items are non-returnable unless reported to the driver upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

Once you have received notice that your order has been shipped it can not be canceled. CSA Baskets will not be refunded after May 1, 2010.

Rise and Shine Farms reserves the right to change the return and cancellation policy at any time.

Rise and Shine Farms Shipping Policy

All Items within our local area will be delivered by Rise and Shine Farms drivers and vehicles.

We offer FedEx, UPS and US Mail package delivery to areas outside of the local area. Air shipping is available at additional cost.

  Deliveries made by Rise and Shine Farms RSF in the local area are Free unless otherwise noted.

Deliveries by FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service may require additional fees. You will be notified of the shipping cost before we ship your product.

  If an item is Out of stock or back ordered we will notify you of the approximate delivery date. If you wish to cancel an out of stock or backorder before we notify you that it has shipped
