We bar-b-qued up one of your chickens the night we got them and LOVED it- incredibly juicy and flavourful. My husband couldn't stop raving, and my our one and a half year old ate an entire breast. Just a note to let you know that we ate our first chicken from our CSA subscription this evening for dinner and it was fabulous!  For the past two days it has been sitting in a brine with fresh garlic and herbs.  This evening we took it out, patted it dry and simply roasted it in the oven.  It was the juiciest, most flavorful chicken we've ever had!
